While this bedroom is entirely private to you, each bedroom is its own Airbnb listing, so all common areas (kitchen, bathroom, living room, etc.) may be shared with other Airbnb guests. You have access to a full kitchen stocked with basic cookware, appliances, and a Keurig. The home includes 1 full bathroom. There's a spacious dining room right off of the kitchen as well. This listing is a great fit for young couples or travelers who have previous experience booking private bedrooms within a shared space. It’s likely that on busy weekends or popular travel times that you’ll be sharing the home with other Airbnb guests and may interact with them in passing. This is a shared space, and we ask that all of our guests are courteous and respectful. Please note that we cannot be responsible for the behavior of other guests. There is an electronic keypad on the front door for convenient self check-in. Each bedroom also has its own electronic lock for additional peace of mind. Parking: There is free, on-street parking available. This is very common in Savannah - if you decide to stay downtown, you will have a very hard time finding off-street parking. There is usually ample parking available, but it is first come, first served and there are no reserved spaces. We cannot guarantee parking spaces, or enough space for trailers, U-Hauls, boats, etc. Please be advised of weekly street cleaning - there are signs that indicate which day of the week the street cleaning is, and if you happen to stay during street cleaning, you can just park on the opposite side of the street. Quiet Hours: This is a residential neighborhood. Please be advised that we ask all guests to respect 10PM quiet hours every night of the week. Any violations may result in a formal report on Airbnb or an early termination of your reservation. Any unapproved late checkouts may result in additional fees. There is a $50 shipping fee for any items that you leave behind and need shipped back to you. You're within walking distance to historic downtown and many Savannah staples, including Sentient Bean, The Collins Quarter Cafe, and Brighter Day Natural Foods Market. Grab dinner at Local 11Ten or Betty Bombers. Spend the day exploring SCAD buildings and beautiful Savannah squares all without a car. A quick 5 minute Uber ride to River Street and about a 25 minute drive to Tybee Island! I’d recommend this home to anyone looking to come to Savannah to have a great time and experience the city as locally and authentically as possible! If a residential neighborhood filled with art students and families of folks who look differently than you will make you uncomfortable, then I’d recommend a hotel. If things like dust on blinds, leaves on the patio, or scuffs on the stairs are what will determine whether or not you enjoy your stay, I’d also recommend a hotel.
